How to . . .   Log in as a Member for the First Time

 

If you are having trouble when logging in, you would like personal help with the process, call the Eastside Village office (503-866-0571) or send an email to evtechhelp@eastsidevillage.org to get started.  Calling the office will result in faster service if done during regular business hours (10 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday).


If you want to try to log in on your own:

  • At the top right corner of this page press the "Member Login" button.
  • On the Login page
    • Enter your User Name.
    • Enter your Password. (The Password can be made temporarily visible by clicking on the eyeball beside it.)
    • Press the Login button.

Don't have your User Name and/or Password? Then press the Forgot My Username/Password button. In the "Forgot..." box, enter your Email and optionally your first name, then press the OK button. Wait for an email to arrive with instructions.


Don't want to have enter your User Name and Password every time in the future? Then turn on the Remember me... flag. Caution: don't do this on a computer that you share or is available to the public.


Still having login problems? Then call the Village office (503-866-0571), and we can walk you through the steps. Don't use the help button "(?)" at the far right of the Login page.
