Portland Civics 101! Join Friendly House, EPS, and the Community for Positive Aging to learn about the changes to Portland's city council structure. This introduction will explain the changes to the city's charter, including the city council, and why your November ballot will look different. Presented by Fred Neal, who has over 35 years of experience in Oregon elections, these sessions are a must for all Portlanders.
