Logging in - for Volunteers

If this is your first time.

* After this new Website is rolled out, you will initially have an unknown password. To set up a new one:

1. Click on the "Sign in" button at the top right.
2. On the Sign In page, jump to the bottom and click the "Create or Reset your Password" link.
3. In the Password Request page, in the "Email" box, enter your Email (the same one you used to get messages from the EV Office), then press the OK button. 
4. Wait for an email from Helpful Village to arrive. It will include a button that will take you to a special Password Reset page.

After you have set your password

* Perform a normal login:

1. Click on the "Sign in" button at the top right.
2. On the Sign In page, enter your email and password.
3. If you want the data saved for a faster login in the future, turn on the "Remember Me" flag.
4. Finally, press the Login button.
